Please note, each colour/treatment service is priced on product usage. Each service comes with one standard bowl or portion of colour, lightener, or product; and each additional bowl used after that is charged accordingly.

Late Arrival, Cancellations, & Rescheduling Policies
Late Arrival:
Due to scheduling, if you arrive late; there may not be enough time to complete your full service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can result in having to cancel/re-book your appointment and the full cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
A full 48 hour notice is required for changing or cancelling any appointment. Confirmation texts are sent out 2 days prior to your appointment so please respond accordingly.
A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50$ cancellation fee. The second cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 100$ cancellation fee. The third cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of your estimated service and a 100$ deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
We know emergencies in life happen, and will access each situation before a fee is charged.
In the case of an emergent cancellation on the salons behalf, every effort to accommodate the client will be made.
No show appointments:
The first no show will result in a 100$ charge for the missed appointment; and any future appointments must pre-pay the estimated service cost in full before an appointment can be held on the books.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on services, but guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens and advice to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of your visit so we can make any adjustments necessary. Please note you have 7 days after letting us know to schedule and receive the complementary redo. Complementary redos can only be done on services apart of the original ticket - blow dry styles are not included in this service.
